What is the difference in looks from the S models of the Coupe and Clubman beside the obvious length and rear door(s)?

 

Slight difference on the sides of the roof. On a Clubman the sides of the roof are raised similar to roof rails.

The C pillars and brake light area is diiferent, but this is due to the different rear door set up.

Also, as I'm sure you're aware, there is an extra (small) door on the passenger side.

 

For me the Clubman is just more practical ( I carry things) - but if I was buying just for looks I would have a coupe.

Looks are better on the coupe IMO. The Clubman looks stretched and out of proportion to me. But it's handier if you have rear passengers and they have more room!

 

i have the coupe and often thing...wouldn't a rear seat be nice...then i see a clubman. i think if your going to get a mini you have to get a cooper...getting a clubman is kinda like going to porsche for a suv or sedan...no offense to anyone..i just like iconic vehicle/brand combo's

 

How about the performance difference between the Clubman S and the Coupe S. I guess this one really needs to be answered by someone that has or has had both.

 

Your best bet is to test drive both and see which you like better. Lots of people will have different ideas and input on this issue, but I think it comes down to the cargo capacity you need and which one you enjoy driving more.
