Maybe I'm not doing something correctly but the Owner's Lounge and 1-866-ASK-MINI seem to be way off. Both say my vehicle is "Awaiting Transport" but when I enter my VIN into WWL's track shipping page it says my vehicle has been on the high seas for 4 days now. How "accurate" has the Owner's Lounge and 1-866-ASK-MINI been for you?

 

OL is very delayed, sometimes as much as a week. 866-ASK-MINI is usually closer to being accurate, usually same day. Once the car gets to the parking lot by the dock ASK-MINI can't track it again until it lands at the VDC though, which likely explains your 'delay' now.

 

ya.. gotta call. Also as of now, mine says its at my dealer ready for pickup... Ive had the car for 10 months lol
