my wife's 2006 mini cooper s' engine has stalled 5x (< 6 mos after purchase, and the most recent a few days ago after going in for an oil change)- three times, the shoppe 'cannot find anything wrong' (problem cannot be replicated)- during the times of stalling, I am either driving slowly on a level, a slight incline (public parking garage), around a turn, or 'straight' level road, and without warning, the engine stalls, and the dash lights up. there is no warning whatsoever. when I shift the gear into neutral (automatic), there is slight hesitation as the engine cranks over, then it starts only after stepping on the gas pedal slightly. as I stated, the shoppe has no evidence of what is wrong. anyone else have this problem whereby the shoppe of your choice has CORRECTED this inconvenience?
