Just picked up my Clubman S on 6/19/09, incidentally my wedding anniversary too! I was hesitant about making the switch because I was getting out of an '07 GTI that I absolutely loved. The lease is up in September, and I took advantage of the lease special Mini was offering for June, so I took it a bit early, and my brother is using my GTI until it's up. I will say that I like my Clubman more than I expected to. The only thing I really miss is the smooooth ride of the GTI (even with me tweaking/lowering the suspension to enhance handling of it, it still rides better than the CM). I do have plans for the CL as well, I have the Alta 19mm RSB on the way, and will most likely be ordering a set of NM Eng springs too. I'll have other things in store too, but will happen at a later time. In the meantime, some pics!
