Ok so this might have been covered somewhere but i cant find anything on it...I have seen many headlight and taillight rings painted.. Profesionally done? or spray painted? If spray painted what kind of paint is BEST, and what kind of material are the rings made of aluminum, plastic?????? also the trim around the entire car, would the same paint for the rings be used on that as well????

 

I'm having my headlight rings painted by the same body shop that installed my factory aero kit. I would recommend dipping any chromed plastic parts in muriatic acid (available at the hardware store) first. Paint will stick to primered plastic better than primered chrome.
