I'm new to the site, was looking to get some advice on upgrading performance on my '05 Mini S Convertible. I'd like to start off w/ something simple and inexpensive and work my way up. Does anyone have any recommendations?

What are you looking to do, add power, increase braking capability, suspension updates or ....?

There is a lot available but to advise first we need to know what you want to do.

Start with a 15% pulley. Biggest bang for the buck.
