I ordered a Dark Silver w/ silver Clubman S with Cold package plus Fluid Silver, Anthracite, MFSW, white turn signals, and rear fog.

After waiting patiently for 2 weeks to hear from my MA I finally called and got my production number. Turns out, it's already built and at the port waiting for transport. That was quick.
