Hey guys, I'm new here and don't post often, but I've got an important question. I ordered about 3 weeks ago and found the owners lounge detailed my order accurately over the course of the order. Suddenly, all of my factory ordered details disappeared (MF wheel, stripes, etc). Coincidentally, I just learned from the help line that my car was recently scheduled for production in week 40. Because production begins so soon, do I need to be worried about the factory building the wrong car?

Could the production date and the change in details be a related, a known glitch that will work itself out? Or do I need to restate my order to my MA ASAP?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

 

It looks like a website issue.

I just checked the OL for my Clubman, which is now sitting at the VDC, and the website is blanked out like you described.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it's still an issue in the morning you can always call your MA or Ask-Mini.

 

i asked the same exact question earlier today in the "track your mini" thread, and apparently the owner's lounge site was down this weekend and they are slowly re-instating it. supposedly all details are stored and should be restored online once the site is fully back.

Same thing happened to me. My options are now gone. And my model description is: 4 door sedan Cooper S.

 

Website is completely hosed right now. Just tried to get on the owners lounge and it came up with a runtime error and a bunch of jibberish on the screen. Guess they are having problems. Glad my car is on the ship and 1/2 way across the Atlantic right now.
