Is the MINI Sales Satisfaction Survey anonymous?

I'm just curious if my dealer will see my slight critique of them... I'd hate to go get an oil change and them stuff a dead rat under my bonnet as a message...

No, it's not anonymous. I asked yesterday.

In the survey there is a box to check which says to not share your personnel information with the dealer. In this way they will not know who gave them the bad critique.

All of the phone surveys are recorded and can be reviewed by management. They are typically shared with the Motoring Advisors as a tool for improvement.

I got a phone call about mine after giving not so great remarks. I mean...what did they expect, the car sitting there for two weeks and never touched? They want I should rave about them? The put a nice foil star on the work order when you pick up saying 'If there's any reason NOT to give us "5's", please call this number'. Funny as the Service Manager didn't give a rat's *** my car sat with no parts for weeks, yet the 'Customer Service' Manager would fix things? Nope.

Be careful being honest. It can lead to people NOT wanting to help you in the future even though it was in their power to make things right. I just ignore the survey calls now and duck giving any answer.
