HI,

I ordered leatherette seats on my MC along with the Cold Pkg. I'm wondering if I should have ordered leather instead, or sport seats for that matter... Any opinions, experience out there? I still have time to change it out, but I really would rather not have to spend anymore $$.

We've had the Cold Weather package with both Leather and Leatherette. Personally, we have not seen any issues with either one. It's really all in what YOU like as far as material. Some people really like the Leather and others really like the Leatherette.

I also agree with Donna/Mike. We have leather in our MCS and leatherette in our 328xi Touring. Both have heated seats and both are fine in terms of comfort and breathability.

For what it's worth in Canada, when we have to turn our heated seats on; we're not too concerned about the breathability - we're more concerned about not freezing our buns off
