New To NAM - MCS On Order
Hi Everyone,
I joined a couple of weeks ago to learn more about MINIs. My wife and I have been thinking about getting her a MINI, so I wanted to do some research. This is definitely the place for that! The MINI experience is all new to us, but it looks like it's going to be fun.
After doing our research, and taking a long test drive last Friday, we placed an order. She's getting an MCS Chili Red (body, top, mirrors), 6-Speed Manual, Black Leather, DSC, LSD, Xenon, Driving Lamps, Bridge-Spoke/All Season wheels/tires, and a few other goodies. We like the viper stripes, but will check the aftermarket if we decide to get them.
I'm learning the MINI lingo, but have not been able to figure out what "Triple Chili" means. Is it the same as CR/CR with CR Mirrors?
Anyway, glad to be aboard. She even said I could drive it once in awhile...

Thanks everyone! We're both excited about the new MCS and my wife is already asking when it will get here - not for awhile yet... 
She has her Mini Lounge setup and will be checking regularly. I'm doing research for local contractor to install racing stripe and I just found out yesterday about "Minis on the Dragon", MTTS, etc.
