Hi all!

Well, I just joined the club. I currently lease a BMW 330i and it is my 3rd BMW. I decided to go for a change, and loved the Mini ever since it came out. I almost pulled the trigger 6 years ago and have always thought about getting a Mini ever since.

So now I placed my deposit and am waiting. It's a good thing, as I am still not sure what the final color will be. I initially went with CR/B but saw a LB/B on the lot yesterday and unlike the other blue colors, this one was talking to me...

I am sure I'll have quite a few questions in the coming weeks, but I have been religiously scanning the forums so I don't ask too many stupid questions

Now I anxiously wait

Welcome to the MINIverse. Have fun on the color front, although why anyone would switch from CR is beyond me, but as a CROC I am supposed to say such.

I mean, I'm certainly no noob to online forums, and I've got an extensive background working for government contractors, so I'm familiar with acronyms, but they really seem popular on this forum! Hope it helps understand the jargon you're going to encounter.

 

Yeah, I'm no noob either but that info helps. Although I have been browsing the Mini forums off and on for years, I still managed to screw up my other possible color choice. I meant LiB/B (forgot there were two blues available)
