Need new tires

Hello out there! I got an 06 MC back in Dec. Now its got 31K miles. It's got the original run flats (195-55-16). I'm look"n for some suggestions for a good tire. I don't want to go with the runflats. I'm mainly looking for something I'll get alot of miles out of and a good rain tire. Is there any chance of getting something around $100ea. My next question is about the extended warranty. Should I only get it from MINI? Call me clueless. I appreciate your imput . thanks, Bman.

Try BF Goodrich Traction T/A. Excellent all season performance tires with high tread wear rating. I loved mine on my previous MC.

EDIT: Ooops. Meant BFG, not Bridgestone. I have Bridgestone Potenza's now but haven't driven on them enough to know for sure if I'd buy them again.

A good replacement tire

Yes the BFG T/A is a good choice. Got mine dirt cheap at Costco. I actually miss the way I could make the rear end break loose with my Dunlap run flats, even with the LSD on my JCW unit, but of course that is not exactly a positive character for a performance tire.

I feel much more in control with the BFG's. That's a good thing.
