Hello Everyone!
We just got our 08 CR/WR last week! we are in love with our "Chilibomb"! We have signed up for MTTS Boston. It will be our 1st mini function and we are excited to take our mini on it's 1st road trip. Coming fron TN, we hope to take in the Poconos, Catskills, and Adriondacks on the way back. Can anyone tell us what we can expect at MTTS?

"Play" then click "Go Motoring" and then "MINI Takes the States 2008."
Click on Boston and then "details" which takes you to a new screen with what's planned for the rally. Fountains of Wayne will be performing Saturday.

What else to expect? Lots of MINIs, lots of cool motorers, great conversations. Twill be my first big rally. I did a Pumpkin Patch rally in Jersey last October sponsored by my dealer as part of Motor-Tober '07 and had a great time. About 22 MINIs participated. Got a free pumpkin, which some squirrels dined on after a day or so.

Nice choice of colors. by the way.

 

You are going to love it. We went to MTTS 06 so we had to do it this year. Hopefully you can travel with a crew so you can experience catching someones eye when they see a herd of minis heading their way. And if you see a fellow motorer be prepared to make a new friend. There is no such thing as a stranger with us. Have a safe trip and enjoy!

Motor-tober sounds fun! WE want to find out about haunted minis in Oct also. Boston sounds great-can't wait to meet others there and see all the minis- we haven't decided on the auto-cross course yet-not enough miles on the car yet.
Also, we don't have a "crew" can we buy or rent one at the Boot Sale? LOL

 

Haunted MINIs. That must've been fun. Was there an orange and black MINI there, in keeping with the theme? At Motor-Tober in Jersey there was and orange MINI convertible with, what else? black trim.
