New Owner sayin' HI

Hi everyone, I just pulled the trigger on a 2005 Cooper S Convertible with the JWC package today. The steering wheel isn't in my hands yet because I need to fly to Arizona to pick it up or have it shipped to Sacramento (If anyone knows of a good auto shipper please let me know).
If there are any issues I should look at right away, any upgrades that will make the car a better experience or any mods I can't live without PLEASE let me know .
I look forward to spending some time here in between my time running my own forum for Ducati's.

Cheers!

Welcome to NAM. You'll love driving a MINI. Your Ducati will get jealous. First Gear is mostly for new folks of brand new mini's. Most of us are enduring the wait of build & shipping. As for assistance you'll want to wander over to the 1st generation area. We get some of the experienced people (my wife & I are buying our second) over here but if you're posting a question, you'll get more exposure there.

Options - well you're kind of set and since you have JCW, it should be already powered up somewhat. I'd say get used to her/him a bit while deciding what your first mod is. Unless you want some artwork or new wheels.
