I have been on bimmirforums for a while but as I cruised here for MINI info I saw how much more extensive the boards are here. I had to make the switch. There was only one MINI based board over there... and here... so much... I love it!
I've had my baby for about 4 months (my first MINI) and I'm loving every mile.

It's a 03MCS, sport/cold weather, I drove 287 miles to get it, it has 16" BBS rims and clear taillights (I know not everyone is a fan but I like the clear look on my car), and I have gotten pulled over two times in it this month (and I do NOT drive excessively fast... but those 30 mph village speed limits get you)
