Dealer reviews?
I'm new to this site (and really new to minis - I just ordered mine last weekend) so I'm not sure if this kind of request is proper, or even if it exists already in one of the forums. But I'm wondering if people share their service experiences with regard to specific dealerships. I just ordered my mini from Mini of Mountain View (California); Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with them? Do they offer loaner cars if your car is being serviced there?
Or perhaps there are non-dealership mechanics in the Bay area (peninsula) that are recommended, I'd appreciate hearing about it too.
If this info is somewhere else (even if not on this site) I'd love to know where. And if this isn't appropriate, that's fine, just let me know. Thanks.
