Well, I'm sufficiently tormented, no doubt. My poor little MINI, sitting at the port for a week now.

I hope he doesn't develop, you know . . . . issues.

 

mine just switched to en route, finally since it finished on the 9th last week and has been sitting there doing nothing for almost a week. how long does the boat usually take to get to the east coast?

 

depends where on the east coast, to nyc its supposed to take 8-9 long grueling days...

 

i think they said SC....but that may or may not be correct. i dont really remember

 

Supposedly, I'm loaded on the Fedora but I'm not sure if it left port yet. It was supposed to leave on 5/14 but it doesn't show up on the ship tracker yet. Maybe it has to get further out to sea. Hoping to see my Mini before the end of the month.

 

If you click on the ship, it says that it has left the port though based on that site, so i hope!
i could not find it on the ship tracker either :( it does not seem to have it in the database.

is there any other way?

 

I think I'm week 19 also. On the Fedora I believe and should hit SC May 28th. Does this sound correct?

 

The date is right, but to me it looks like fedora is docking in Brunswick, GA, not in SC on the 28th, unless I am mistaken. But either way you are indeed a week 19er I'm sure the wait is killing you as it is all of us.

so it says en route, but when i try the auto tracker and put the vin found on my owners lounge page into the field it comes up as not being found. so hopefully this updates as ill be in the dark until the track my mini page updates. anyone else experiencing this?

 

YOUR MINI MIGHT BE ON A K-LINE SHIP, AND THIS SHIP LINE CAN'T BE TRACKED WITH YOUR VIN #. SO KEEP TRYING THE W/W LINE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS, IF IT COMES UP NOT BEING FOUND THEN YOUR ON A K-LINE OR IT'S ON HOLD FOR THE NEXT W/W SHIP.

I just called my MA today and the fedora as long as it gets to nyc by friday i should be picking up my mini no later then next wednesday from the dealers!!!

That is great news peppy! Hmm..I think a call to my dealer is needed today . Gosh we are so close! Can't wait until we start taking delivery!

 

Just talked to my MA and she told me that I was due in SC on 5/22 and should be in STL a week later.

I didn't show up on the WW site, so who knows.

 

YAY! Just spoke with my MA, and my MINI is on the (untraceable) K-Line "Western Highway". FINALLY! He'd been at the port for over 10 days!

Expected in Charleston 5/29-30, and hoping to have him home by my birthday, 6/11.

 

Awesome Peaches, now you can rest easy knowing that at least your MINI is on a ship instead of being in the dark. And that would be a wonderful birthday present, of course you would need to take a birthday joyride too .

 

NO doubt! Wish I could track the ship, though. Just another thing to OCD over . . .

yeah mine was on a kline ship that hits SC on the 23rd. hoping to have mine by no later than next weekend

 

I am on the Sierra Nevada Highway, which is a k-line ship. I see from the Charleston Port website that they docked last nigtht/this morning. Hopefully they will get my MINI into the VPC and out the door soon. I have a feeling that since it is a holiday weekend, it may mess up my schedule. Anyway, if things go smoothly, my MA says I should be able to take delivery next Friday!

 

When was your build date? Do you know what day your ship departed?

 

i think it finished about the 9th and that sat in port for a couple days. i didnt know it was on a kline ship until i called cincy mini
