It FINALLY happened. I purchased a mini, not just a mini but THE mini. I've wanted a BRG/W "after eight" since I first saw one in the streets of Paris in 1999. Then I heard that they were coming out with gen2 and I freaked out. I've been obsessing about it for close to 10years now. Learning as much as I can, and coming up with a cool name...Of course.

I staid up until 2am reading the manual online, the last guy didn't leave me one. And now I have more questions than ever before.

I know there's a lot of owners in the area, and I hope to meet a lot of you at the Sterling Mini meets.

Welcome, and congrats on the purchase. I'm in Herndon/Fairfax as well. Would def. like to start meeting some of the other owners around the area. Like kgdblu said, you should join DCMM and attend some of their events. I'll be at the Spring Fling Drive in April.

Once the weather gets nicer there are also the Chick-Fil-A Meets in Sterling (near Best Buy). I've been going to those for at least 5 years now.
