Just came on board. I live on the edge of the great Mohave desert, 100 miles from Las Vegas. Like to boat on Lake Mead and Lake Powell, to golf, anywhere, and to take my old '75 Ford 4x4 into the nearby mountains. (Ever hear of the Arizona strip?) Would love to have some of you come for a visit; I would show you what desolate is really all about. You can go 80 miles south/southeast of home and peek over the edge of the Grand Canyon. Just like north or south rim only you don't have to pay or put up with a lot of gullible touristas. Been reading your posts and look forward to posting with you.
