...owner for an EB/W 2004 MCS. The Mini, sadly, replaces another "MC" that met an unfortunate demise late last summer. Although it's not as exotic or as fast as the 1999 BMW M Coupe was, my 4-year old daughter will enjoy being able to ride in the back seat from time to time and my wife says I probably need to slow down a bit.

I've been watching the market for a couple of months and anticipated having to travel to get the right used car for the right price but as luck would have it, a great buy popped up locally although EB was not my first choice and I would have preferred a car without the panoramic roof. It's a one-owner, all records, never been bent MCS with 28K miles. My first choice was black or BRG but I've always said not to let color pick the car... I'm sure I'll get used to it.

I live about 15 miles from Beaver Run here in PA so I'm there frequently as well as Nelson Ledges. The "How to Track Your Mini" thread was a little dissappointing.

I'll post some pics as soon as it's home in the garage and am already shopping for the first round of upgrades.

Seems like a pretty lively community here... I'm looking forward to picking some brains here in the near future.

Welcome and congratulations on finding a low mileage 04.

You will get used to the color, it is a pretty blue.

Would love to see the pictures and your plans for mods. Sounds like you want to track the MINI.

Other than the snow plow , in the month or so I've had the Mini, I've managed to do a Madness 15% pulley and intake, Magnaflow exhaust, TD PR 1.2 wheels with Falken RT-615s. The Falkens, incidentally, are not so good for plowing. I've got stainless brake lines and a 19mm Alta bar sitting the garage waiting on some beer to motivate me.
