Never Did This

I don't know why but I never did this to start.

But I have a question and I don't know where to ask it, so I chose here.
How do I do This for my sig?

Only the car not the backround. Thanks for any help in advance.

I just did mine today. Go to pixelmator.com, it is free to download it. then just drag the pictures to the program. You will need to change the size though.
