My first Mini!

So after 24 hours of driving, some impressions:
My previous daily driver was a Porsche Boxster and I think this is a step-up. Not only is it much more comfortable (more knee and head room) but road noise is down, acceleration is better (at least to 70ish) and braking is better. Handling is about the same, if not a little looser (tires, probably), but I like the steering better, it feels lighter.
My wife was skeptical but now is a huge fan! She loves it.
I would say the only downsides are the traction control interfering (which can be easily turned off) and the torque steer. Is there anything I can install to combat the torque steer?
Other than that, I'm floored--a Mini convert! I love it!

DrWho, my '05 MC has nearly the identical number of miles on it. After all of this time, I still get the same thrill looking at it and motoring in it as I did the first day I acquired it.
I predict that what you're feeling now 24 hours of ownership will stay with you. '05 was a really good year. Enjoy, she's a beaut!
