Who would have guessed the car came from the factory married?

 

well i sure did learn much more than i did before i posted my question about the navigation system..i actually own a garmin nuvi and its installed in my mini cooper S..its great and i like when it tells the street etc..i will just have to get used to a different navigation system, thats all...i prefer to have a navigation system thats from mini installed by mini...it seems like a very complicated navigation system and might take some time to get used to.. are there arrows or does it show a car when it shows you how to get there? on my garmin, i have the option of using a car, pedestrian, bicycle etc that moves as the car moves to the destination..

One of the first things I did was mute the directional guidance voice- apologies for telling you it was all-male!

The nav displays a white ring with an arrow inside it to represent the car- there's hacks available for the previous systems to swap whichever image you wanted in, but I'm not certain if it works on the second gen nav or not.

You might be interested in this software that allows some customization.
