Hello everyone, just wanted to say hello. I have been looking around on this forum for some time now. Some great info on here and seems like some great Mini owner also. I have always owned German cars for the exception of a couple of jeeps. At this time I own an 2004 Audi A4 USP, which I am getting ready to sell and then get my first Mini Cooper S. After all the searches and all the great info I have found I am looking in the 2005 year of the Cooper S. Hopefully before the end of this year I will be a new member of the Mini family in Arizona.
I just wanted to say Hi.

Welcome and congrats! There are a few around here that might take offense about our "British" cars being German, but I won't quibble. I figure that most of the parts have BMW part numbers....

Thanks guys for bringing that up and OrionLTD that was a perfect explanation. Sorry that I didn't reply sooner but this past Friday my wife and I had our first baby. A little girl. So now I need to find a mini cooper S shirt for a new born.

 

Congrats on the new member to the fam , I live in AZ also. curently looking for a Mini and as soon as i find one we'll have to take a trip to the high country.
