I need a little help

Hi, my name is Patton and I'm a Miniholic. I drive. I drive a lot. I've had this problem since my first test drive back in 03. It became serious when Marley arrived, after a long wait, in Sept. 03. Now, unfortunately, I must part with Marley. First grandchild arriving soon and I need a more accessible rear seat.
Does anyone know a good place to get an idea of fair market value. Any help would be appreciated.

I wouldn't give up yet, though. The rear-facing car seats aren't forever and you can load a newborn pretty easily through the boot. You do get a few strange looks, but oh well.

also kbb.com

Personally, I'd keep the Mini, and as mentioned, access the rear via the hatch... accessability is enhanced if you fold one of the rear seats.

This issue has been brought up numerous times with the 944 club... those rear seats which make the Mini's look huge, will fit child seats and kids up to 11 or 12 (unless they are really tall).

look at kbb, NADA, and Edmunds. I think that their numbers are all high. There are now many used MINI's on the market including many 04's coming off lease. Look at Ebay completed listings for MINI's. For the most part the ones that seem to sell are "no reserve" auctions. To get an idea of the true value in the marketplace go to "galves.com". You will have to pay a small fee maybe $5.00. This is one of the sources that dealers use. It is a compilation of what a given car goes for at the auto auctions. I hope that this is helpful. I see many people trying to sell used MINI's at close to what they cost new. I just bought an 07 MC for $20900, certified to 100k. It had 2100 miles and a sticker of $25650.

You can use all those sources already listed. Just keep in mind that kbb is a bit high so if you use them, so will your expectations.

NADA is the most realistic and best way to get the true value of your car.

Good luck !
