tire rotation and ride deterioration

hi - first post here for me. I just had my runflats rotated on my MCS (by the dealer, Sterling VA) and when I got it back, it seems like I've now got a consistent (if subtle) vibration. I can feel it in the wheel and through the seat, and on a smooth road w/ window open I can hear a slight rhythmic thrum. Took it back to have them balance the tires, and it seems worse! I don't think I'm imagining this - i can feel a difference on roads i travel every day. Any ideas? Change tires (I would like a smoother ride generally, and hear that non-RFs will help, and I'm not afraid of a flat)? Any advice appreciated!

Nuet:

There's lots of stuff on the site bout RF's...Use the search tool...you'll get an CPU full...my experience with the little suckers....took a screw in the LR. Nice....$300 later....I'm back on the road. I hate throwing away tires...but if I get screwed one more time...they're off "Bullet" I'm running 17's...understand from my research that there are a lot of choices that are gripperier and softer ride as well.....wish I'd research NAM B4 I purchased my little pup...oh well....Drive n Learn

Have you checked the air pressure? When I got a new tire (screw in it too) the new one was aired up to 60lbs (the others were at about 30lbs). Worth a check and easy fix if that's it.
