I am a new member to the community. R56 is awesome!

I have a quick question for the knowledgable. I have the new JCW Star Spoke Wheels / 19 Run Flats - With JCW center caps. Is there any magic about removing these caps. Talked to the dealer, and there is no slot to insert a tool for prying off the cap. They suggested a very think flat head screw driver. But I don't want to tear up the cover or the wheel. Any one had this same problem? Is there some magic tool that I am not aware of?

Best car I have ever owned. Thanks TKA

TKA congrats on the new car!
Although I cannot offer advice as to how to remove caps, I'm sure someone here would know.

Welcome to NAM!

Not sure about the JCW caps, but there is a small "hook" in the kit stored next to the battery (looks like a black styrofoam wallet)...
it *should* fit into what looks like a pin hole and them give it a sharp tug to pop them off... or so said my dealer

Good Luck!

Welcome. Remove the wheel and lightly punch out from the back should work. Don't know the JCW wheels, but works on every wheel I've owned in the last 30 yrs. A hassle, but the least likely way to not damage the wheel or center cap.

Mgibrace ....

No big deal. I've been working on cars for 20 years I should have been able to figure it out. I just appreciate the help from you folks. You were a lot more help than my dealer.
