Hey, my wife and I are newbie's to the Mini World. We have a 2006 MC Gray, we really like it. Since the next gen came out we were total fans. Now we actually had the chance to buy one. I actually got rid of my truck for this car and at first I was kinda worried that I made a bad decision. Now that I have it I am hooked this car is solid fun. We would like to do some rides in the future especially the Acadia sunrise one on Cadillac Mt. I will post some pics, we would like to do some upgrades in the future. Take it easy and keep on motoring...
Hiya! Welcome to the NAMily and congrats on your MC. They are amazing little cars, eh?
I understand your anxiety about parting with your truck in exchange for a MINI. I had the same concerns about 1 year ago. But we're now in the process of awaiting delivery of MINI #3 and the truck is but a memory.
Cheers to you and your wife, and to many MINI miles of motoring smiles~!

Welcome to NAM! You get extra bonus points for posting pics in your gallery so early!
We love pics!
My wife and I have been thinking about a truck to supplement our two smallish autos (the MINI and a Hyundai) but we seem to have been able to make things work okay for almost a year...so we'll keep putting it off until something happens to change our perspective.
You have a beautiful MINI! That "solid fun" feeling you describe will stay around too. You'll find yourself parking in remote sections of parking lots to avoid other vehicles parking close to you, then as you walk away, you'll be looking over your shoulder more than once, feeling great and not being able to wipe that grin off your face!
Happy motoring!

Nice, Welcome to NAM. Is the grey the Royal Grey? If so, really nice color on the MINI. But all Greys look great on the MC and MCS.
Post some pictures when you have time and some good shots to share. Took a look at your gallery, nice MC and cute dog, fits a MINI just fine.
I had to order my MCSa due to giving my Jeep Liberty to my daughter for her college grad. present. It was a great reason to buy my MCSa.

If I could get my wife to give up her Jeep GC, I would/could be a two MINI
family.
Enjoy and safe drives.
