Well... I've been looking at them since they first arrived in the states... but for many reasons ... just wasn't the time ... Now ... after being through an S2000 and a 350z during the past 5 years.... finally took delivery of my 07' MCS.... and am delighted! I've enjoyed reading the posts on this site for the past several months as a guest ... and am no a full fledged participant! Already plotting and planning how to make her unique to me ... most likely starting with the H&R springs (back ordered, unfortunetly) and an exhaust. Regarding the exhaust .... have looked at both the ALTA and the Quicksilver -- but really want to avoid that highway "drone" --- as I spend a lot of time on the turnpike! ----- Any suggestions out there??

Welcome to NAM, it appears you have been planning and plotting for awhile.

The ALTA R56 exhaust has some sound clips up, Adam (CEO ALTA) has been very open about his mods to his personal R56 and say's 'No drone' with his exhaust. He has some great tutorial posts up for your reading, if you have not already found them.

Enjoy your MINI and post some pictures, before and after would be interesting.
