I just got an 04 blue mini. It's pretty clean and is has a lot of stuff like leather, sun roof, and other stuff. I used to hate driving my old beat car but now I love it so much I barley let my husband drive. Can't wait for to go for a roadtrip with it.

The only thing my mini does not have is an ipod connector but after reading some post I think I will need an 05 headunit and then have to get the dice ipod player so I can read the text on the headunit.

Hey, welcome! I just got an '04 MC myself. Unless you want to keep it "all MINI", you could do what I did and get a different head unit altogether. I just had a friend put in a brand new Pioneer with USB hookup. It not only plays and controls the iPod, but it will do the same for other types of MP3 players. I could even load up a USB thumb drive full of music and it would play that, too. It sounds great and I'm very happy with it.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and you can see all the text on the display, too.
