It's been almost a year since I bought "Lil Min"- a hyper blue with a white roof- Non S

I do believe I'm infatuated with this little cutie- the last time I felt this way was with a little sky blue dune buggy that my father and i built. we actually had the engine running on the garage floor! Then I grew up. The other day I was reading mc2 and came across an article about motoring up in the hills in La Honda California. The article took me back to when I was growing in that area. I used to take my little buggy up and scoot around the roads in that area, absolutely a gas.

I've been in Chicago for about 20 years and yesterday was longing for a taste of how do they say,"twisties" and ended up sitting at one stop light after another, Arrgh!!!!

At any rate its great to know that there are others out there who love their mins.

I long to get back in touch with my inner gearhead-- there is nothing nicer than having an engine fire up after a re-build.
