jcw 18 "WHEELS

I just got a 2007 MCS with 17 " wheels. Really like the JCW 18" but concerned the ride will be too rough. Anyone with any experience. I don't have sport suspension.
Thanks

I personally can't tell you "cause I don't have them. But I can relay what a friend said about his...he sold them within a year. Said they rode on the rougher side, even on interstates. I'm not sure if he had the sport suspension. I'm certain that other MINI owners that have these tires will be able to answer you.

I really like he look of the JCW wheels. They only come in 18". I thought getting the runflats off and putting non runflats would make the ride tolerable

Maybe if you ask around the forums, someone near you that has the tires on their car would let you take a drive so you could make up your mind on the drive. I had runflats when I bought my car and took them off almost within a month. They really rode hard.

Why is it that everybody say that runflats ride rough?
