Well there is the MOTD mailing list that many signed up for on the event planner, that was outlined to be used for this exact purpose, that as of yet has been used.

Its just that I have too many Dragon-related things going on right now (ie - we're placing all the swag orders) as well as getting a final event into the calendar. My hope is to get an email out to everyone around the first of next week. Another email will be sent out with the welcome guide around the end of next week.
In the meantime we've been able to keep registration open so if there is anyone left that hasn't registered do it soon. I plan to close everything down this coming Sunday (April 15th) at midnight.
