Tail light hyper flash

Tail light hyper flash
Purchased the 'black line' retrofit tail lights for my 2010 MCS and after install I am getting CC-ID's 116 and 125 which decode to left and right rear indicator failure along with hyper flash. Hmm. Anybody know of a reason? Do I need inline resistors?

Those are for model year 2011+, and they are incompatible with 2010 (note that the item description says "Production 8/2010+"). Updated taillights were part of the 2011 R56 refresh, which also included backup lights being moved to the bumper. If you want to keep them, you'll have to figure out how to rewire them, and add separate backup lights.

+1 those are for the 2011+ . They are great looking factory lights.
