New Mini owner and just received the Craven dipstick...

Yesterday.

The tip that gives you the oil-level reading has 4-5 spaced 'bumps'.

So... if your oil looks to be up to the bump furthest from the tip means your oil level is fine?

Yes, that is correct. I have the Craven dip stick and I was able to compare it to the stock stick length and readings to determine this.

Amazingly they have an instruction manual online for both versions of the dipstick. And a video.
