Finally got a chance to test out my Image Dynamics amp and speaker install. I'm still playing with the gains for front-to-back balance, and may try the high and low pass filters to tune it for the different speakers.
Listened to a couple CDs and I'm very impressed with the clarity. Very nice sound. Much better that the Infinity Kappas, but to be fair, they were driven by the MINI's HIFI amp. The Kappas would probably sound better with their own amp.
No sub was connected for this run. I'll post photos when I've finished a few cosmetic details of the rear-seat-delete aspect of this install.
