I recently bought my Cooper at a PA dealer (Love it BTW) and in the contract it clearly states that there is no "cool off" period and the purchase is final. In TX we have a 3 day cool off period. So it depends really which state you buy the car first and then who you bought it from.

Yes you are correct so as our law contract. but its called customer service.
