I'd say mine is probably 1.5-2" lower than stock. I can't remember what the stock height was, but the center of the fender arch is now 23.5" off the ground in all 4 corners.

When I found out that Pirelli was going to stripe the P Zeros like the F! tires, I contacted them. They said that they were not going to make them in 17". So I tried red rim protectors-a joke and found the Motegis. For a little more than one factory replacement wheel (badly curbed) I got all four rims. They gave me a great deal where I got the tires.

It was recommended by a Mini mechanic to get and install the steering retro-fit kit to keep the tires from hitting the front subframe...after buying the kit I decided to use 12mm spacers instead...the 215/45's didn't help either as I wanted to have a taller sidewall that was close to the 16's I took off as the Mini is a fantastic road car...have driven from Oregon to Phoenix several times and it is the most comfortable road car in my stable...not to mention the car with the lowest original miles...7,155. It is a garage queen during our long rainy and wet winters.

FWIW...Thank you all.
This forum has been invaluable source of information. Thank you!
I spent a lot of time reading specs and looking at pics to figure out how to achieve what I wanted.
With all of that information, here's what I did (hoping it will help anyone doing the same thing)
Car: 2013 R58 S
Wheels: 4 x 100 / 17" x 7.5" / ET35
Tires: Nitto Neo Gen 215/40R17
Suspension: BC / BR coilovers with Mevotech lower control arms.
The result was a perfect, zero-rub, street-performance:
