weights on the back of the wheels or in some instances are you forced to add weights to the outside? Thx

we will never put a weight on the outside of the wheels. We use a dynamic dual plane balacing - one plane is the back edge of the wheel, the other is right behindf the spokes on the inside of the wheel barrel.
