No tears or rips anywhere on the cover. This is an NLA Genuine MINI accessory to your 1st gen Mini Cooper. Plastic Car cover with a rear license plate clear see through plaque. Fits snug and I have no doubt in high winds that it will stay on. You have additional holes along the side skirts incase you want to add an additional strap from underneath. Since I have the offset license plate in the front I did not cover it. Assuming you have an original license plate mount, this should be no issue and should cover your plate as intended. Comes with the bag which is actually stitched to the backend of the cover near the exhaust. Fold the sides to the middle and fold the front to the back and the bag is at the back and you stuff the cover into the bag. (The bag is under the cover in the photos you won’t see it). Negotiable. These are extremely rare and hard to find. A very unique piece and it’s very nice looking at in my driveway.
