I bought this cover from Amazon only a few months ago but have now sold my 2021 Mini convertible.  I used it for about 20 nights and can definitely recommend its fit and finish - but I didn't test it in rain, hail, snow or serious wind.  It's very soft on the inside so I doubt it would ever scratch the paint.  As to compatibility, my guess is that it would be fine for every Mini HB or Convertible regardless of year.
