I’ve got 2011 R57..,I just installed BC coilovers and upgraded to these bad boys too!

These bushings insert to item #7 here

These are a reinforcement to the OEM bushing, so no press is required to remove or replace the OEM bushing. Just remove the through bolt, lube and place the bushings, and then reinstall the bolt.
