Motivation for design: my friend sometimes wants to drive her friends around in my MINI that has this shift boot delete option. With its multitude of gauges and methanol injection switch and meters, the interior borders on looking like a stock race car. But the inclusion of this backlit trim ring reintroduces a classy appeal or personal touch to the interior that she can "tolerate" and fits here "standards." 

What it is: 3D-printed shift boot delete for Gen 2 MINI Coopers. This piece is made from temperature and light resistant polymer. This option offers an inexpensive alternative to other stylistic and material variants offered among various distributors/sellers.

This item is intended as an upgrade for those with plain shift boot delete option who desire to introduce a personal touch to their interior. However, a spring, grommet, and slider plate can be added for an additional $5.00.
