Condition was new in box, new lug bolts included too. I had these listed for sometime as new in box and just recently decided to put on some fresh rubber (Continental 195/55R16's) and see how they would be on my Cooper. Just little too much wheel and tire for my taste, i much prefer the oe 15's that it came with. Tires have about 15 miles on, drove home from Discount and took them off. Nice wheels but not for me.
