This is the exact same intercooler as a Wagner, even comes from the sane factory from what I was told and have researched. 
imo it's better than a Wagner not just because of the price BUT it doesn't have that STUPID black coating which only HINDERS the intercooler heat dissipating ability. 
I also had mounting tabs welded on but they're not needed as the ic sits perfectly. 
It is the 2nd best ic I've tested with the rare nla alta ic beating it out ever so Slightly. If your running extra boost I highly HIGHLY suggest running this intercooler. 
I have a n14 jcw engine with big turbo running 22psi ,full boltons and custom tune snd this ic when cruising on 80'F days runs AT ambient temps or only 5'F above and on a 0-120mph pull in 80'F sunny day my iat ONLY spiked at 120s and immediately dropped back down..
I used it for maybe 1x month 1k miles so its basically new yet..
