The Big Four Performance Upgrades

JCW Tune + Manic Stage One Tune w/Switch
In 2007 there was no factory R56 JCW. In October 2007, MINI introduced a JCW upgrade tune and I had it dealer installed. Subsequent to that, the Stage 1 Manic tune was installed by Way Motor Works in Atlanta. Both tunes are currently on the ECU. The Manic switch allows you to run the JCW tune or the Manic tune.*

Akrapovic Turbo-Back Exhaust
Includes a high-flow downpipe and the great-sounding Evolution exhaust with carbon fiber tips. The high-flow downpipe is required to run the Manic tune. Passed CT emissions multiple times with the high-flow downpipe and Manic tune.*

*NOTE: The OEM downpipe has been reinstalled for the sale and the tune switched back to JCW. Take $500 off the price if you do not want the Akrapovic downpipe and Manic switch.

Wilwood Big Brake Kit (Front) and Oversize Rotors (Rear)
On the front are Wilwood DynaPro 6A forged calipers over Wilwood 12” slotted rotors. The rear uses the OEM calipers attached to an extension bracket to allow for oversize rotors. To revert to less-expensive OEM rear rotors, just remove the bracket. 

Ohlins Road & Track Adjustable Coilovers
Kit number BMS M120. This setup was engineered exclusively for the MINI R56 and is a game changer on a car that already boasts legendary go-kart handling. Includes Vorshlag Camber Plates. 24 adjustment settings.
