If you've recently bought a mini or yours still has the old oem bushings this will be an awesome, cheaper and better than buying new upgrade for you.
The only reason I finally decided to sell these is I went with ALL solid bushings , if these don't sell by the time I get around to it , ille just reuse them all on my other mini.
I used these as an alternative to solid or pure Polly mounts as they offer a great improvement over stock but don't add much engine cabin vibrations. 
The transmission mount was bought brand new 3x years ago 15k miles MAX and i polly filled the gaps and got new side fillers for it. The upper engine mount is 6x months old and 2k miles MAX and it has a polly insert added on top to help stiffen it. The lower engine mount is 3x 15k MAX also as it was installed when I did the transmission mount. I installed a polly bushing on the front and polly filled the gaps in the rear bushing to also help strengthen and stiffen it. 
all the mounts are painted with hightemhighanti corrosion engine enamel paint and clear.
