if i was close to you , id love them but unfortunately the distance is too much..
I do not recall the offset as I purchased these back in 2003~2004. I placed a straightedge at the inside face of the rim and measured down to the back of the bolt circle. It appears to be 5 1/2" from the bottom of the wooden straightedge, per the photo.
A photo of the rims on the car is also attached.
I do miss my MINI but I needed a truck at the time.
