I’m selling this cylinder head that was pulled off my R53 at 105k miles. I’m the second owner of the vehicle and acquired it at 99k. The head was removed to swap for a performance head as I’ve been slowly trying to build a car ready for the track. I never had any issues with the stock head. Additionally, compression numbers were good considering the mileage. I thought I’d keep it and do something with it and that’s why I never sent it back for a core refund, but alas I moved to an apartment around the time the heads were swapped and there’s no way I could personally do anything with it. I’d like to sell this head for $500 OBO more or less the cost of a core. I’m selling it as is but I’d like to reemphasize that this head by no means gave me any trouble. Maybe you need a head for a rebuild or need one to build a build a bvh or something. I’ll make sure to package it very well and will ship within two business days, insured and tracking included of course. 

To give an idea for shipping cost, it would be $75 priority mail from Florida to mid east coast.
